1.4 Booking Calls 

By booking a paid call with IVFenture, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The consultation is for informational purposes only. 
• Any questions or topics for discussion must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. • Call fees are non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. 

This does not apply to the initial free consultation, which is offered without cost or obligation.

1.5 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

• Cancellations for paid calls made 48 hours or more before the scheduled time will receive  a refund minus processing fees. 
• Rescheduling requests for paid calls must be made 48 hours in advance and are subject to  availability. 

1.6 Intellectual Property Protection 

Unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all materials on our website  are protected by our intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of these materials constitutes a  violation of our intellectual property rights, and we will pursue legal remedies as necessary.
